Exercise Description
Straight-Arm Plank And Raise engages your entire body and increases core strength and stability.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a pushup position on the floor with your hands directly under your shoulders and hips, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. -
Step 2
Without moving your body, extend one arm in front of you until it is parallel to the floor. Pause and then slowly lower your hand back to the floor.

Exercise Tips
- Your body should make a straight line from head to heels.
