Instructions

  1. Get into a pushup position on the floor with your hands directly under your shoulders and hips, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.
  2. Without moving your body, extend one arm in front of you until it is parallel to the floor. Pause and then slowly lower your hand back to the floor.

Tips

  • Your body should make a straight line from head to heels.
  • Tighten your core muscles to avoid rocking your body back and forth as you move.
