Exercise Description
Staggered-Hands Pushup strengthens your upper body and explicitly targets the chest, shoulders, triceps, and arms. This movement also helps to tone and tighten your core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a standard push-up position with your right hand just above your right shoulder and your left hand just below your left shoulder. -
Step 2
Lower your body to the floor, tensing your core and pressing your elbows to your sides. When your chest touches the floor, pause and then return to the starting position. Repeat, and then change the position of the hands.

Exercise Tip
- Avoid shifting hips. Instead, keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
