Instructions

  1. Stand in front of a safe or bench at a height appropriate for your skills; it's always better to start low and move up. The higher the box, the further you need to go.
  2. Dive into a quarter squat, then quickly lift your hips and legs up as you swing your arms in the air to climb the box. Land softly on the box and stand up. Slowly exit the box and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't try this on an unstable platform.
  • Be sure to land lightly on the box.
