Exercise Description
Single-Arm Step-Up And Press is a combination of a step up and a shoulder press. This exercise not only targets your hips and quads but also hits your shoulders and triceps, too.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grab a dumbbell and hold it at shoulder level with your palm facing inward. Stand tall in front of a bench or step and place one foot firmly on the step. -
Step 2
Pressing on the front heel, push the body to the step, straightening both legs. Having reached the top point, squeeze the dumbbell over your head. Lower the dumbbell back to your shoulder and lower it back to the starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Don't lean forward too far, and don't use momentum to get up.
