Exercise Description
Single-Arm Standing Cable Reverse Flye works the rhomboid muscles in your upper back and shoulder region. Using an adjustable cable machine during this exercise allows for more control of resistance.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand next to the adjustable cable machine. Hold the D-handle with your outside hand, palm facing your inside oblique. Keep your elbow bent and pointing forward. -
Step 2
Prepare the body, squeeze the shoulders together and pull the handle all over the body until the arm is almost completely extended. Slowly return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid full extension of the arm during movement. Instead, keep your working arm slightly bent the entire time.
- Avoid lifting too heavy too early. Work up to a weight that doesn't compromise form.
