Exercise Description
Side-To-Side Lunge Chops is a do-anywhere type of exercise that targets obliques and core. However, Obliques, core, shoulders, and lower back are also involved.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet together, arms crossed above your head. Take a big step to the side, lowering your hips to the floor and bending the knee of your front leg, keeping your back leg as straight as possible. Lower both arms to the front foot. -
Step 2
Push with your front foot to return to the starting position.

Side-To-Side Lunge Chops targets Glutes, Hamstrings, Hip Abductors, Quads as seen below.
Exercise Tip
- Keep your chest up and your back straight as you reach the floor.
