Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet together, arms crossed above your head. Take a big step to the side, lowering your hips to the floor and bending the knee of your front leg, keeping your back leg as straight as possible. Lower both arms to the front foot.
  2. Push with your front foot to return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your chest up and your back straight as you reach the floor.
