Exercise Description
Scorpion is one of the best stretching exercises to cool down and warm up your body after a workout session. It stretches the tight muscles of your lower back and also increase your flexibility and mobility.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your stomach, arms out to the sides, and legs together -
Step 2
Lift one leg off the floor, swinging it over to the other side, simultaneously rotating your hips until your foot touches the floor. Hold, and then return to the starting position.

Scorpion targets Abs, Back, Hips as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- The movement should be at the hips, not the lower back.
- Work within your range of motion so as not to strain your lower back.
