Quadruped Leg Raise

Quadruped Leg Raise is an excellent exercise for so many reasons; that strengthens the entire core region and glutes and hamstrings.

Instructions

  1. Get on all fours with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your back straight so that your body forms a line from head to hips. Keep your hands on the floor. This is your starting position.
  2. Relax your core so that your lower back and stomach are in a natural position. Without allowing the position of the lower back to change, lift one leg with a bent knee until the thigh is in line with the body. Hold for a moment, and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your hands on the floor.
  • Don't let your hips drop.
