Instructions

  1. Start in a push-up position. Prepare the core and stay tense throughout the exercise.
  2. Slowly lower your body until your chest slightly touches the floor; pause and then return to the beginning.
  3. When your arms are fully extended, continue to press your palms into the floor and pull your shoulder blades toward the ceiling. Return to starting position.

Tips

  • Don't let your hips sag. Instead, keep your hips lifted and in line with your shoulders.
