Exercise Description
Pushup Plus effectively engages your serratus anterior – the vital muscle that helps move your shoulder blades.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Start in a push-up position. Prepare the core and stay tense throughout the exercise. -
Step 2
Slowly lower your body until your chest slightly touches the floor; pause and then return to the beginning. -
Step 3
When your arms are fully extended, continue to press your palms into the floor and pull your shoulder blades toward the ceiling. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Don't let your hips sag. Instead, keep your hips lifted and in line with your shoulders.
