Exercise Description

Pushup Plus effectively engages your serratus anterior – the vital muscle that helps move your shoulder blades.

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Start in a push-up position. Prepare the core and stay tense throughout the exercise.
  • Step 2

    Slowly lower your body until your chest slightly touches the floor; pause and then return to the beginning.
  • Step 3

    When your arms are fully extended, continue to press your palms into the floor and pull your shoulder blades toward the ceiling. Return to starting position.
