Instructions

  1. Stand beside the cable pully machine with the handle set to the lowest position. The working side of your body should be closer to the handle. With the arm outside, reach for the body, grasp the handle and stand with the arm fully extended and the legs facing forward. Hold the machine with your inside hand for extra support.
  2. With your elbow slightly bent, raise your arm to shoulder height. Pause, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't let your arm go past shoulder level at the highest point.

STRENGTH BENCH DUMBBELLS

Side-Lying Lateral Raise is an effective shoulder-strengthening movement that is specially designed to isolate the lateral head of the deltoid muscle. If this exercise is performed regularly, this can help you develop stronger, broader shoulders.
