Exercise Description
Mountain Climber with Hands on Swiss Ball is a fitness ball exercise that specifically targets the abs and, to a lesser degree, also works for the calves, chest, hip flexors, lats, quads, and shoulders.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Start the exercise by taking a push-up position with your hands on the Swiss ball, keeping your arms completely straight and directly under your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. -
Step 2
Brace your abs and lift one leg off the floor, bringing your knee up to your chest, keeping your body as straight as possible. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the opposite leg.

Exercise Tips
- Don't raise your hips too high. Keep a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
- Don't arch your lower back as you pull your knees up to your chest.
- Keep the ball still. Focus on staying still while moving.
