Target Muscles

Instructions

  1. Start in a pushup position with your feet on a pair of sliding discs. Your arms should be completely straight and directly under your shoulders. And your body should form a straight line from shoulders to ankles.
  2. Tighten your abs and pull one knee towards your chest, keeping your body as straight as possible. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the opposite knee.

Tips

  • Don't lift your hips too high. Be sure that your body should form a straight line from shoulders to ankles.
  • Press your feet hard into the disc to create more resistance and load your abs harder.
  • Do not round your lower back. Tighten your abdomen to prevent movement.
