Exercise Description
Mountain Climber with Feet on Bosu Ball is a shoulder and core strengthening exercise that improves cardiovascular endurance. Using a Bosu Ball during this workout makes it more difficult.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a push-up position with your feet on the Bosu ball, hands on the floor and body straight. Fully extend your arms, lock your elbows and keep your core tense. -
Step 2
Lift one leg off the ball and pull your knee towards your chest. Hold and maintain a firm posture. Return to starting position to repeat with the opposite leg.
