Instructions

  1. Take a push-up position with your feet on the Bosu ball, hands on the floor and body straight. Fully extend your arms, lock your elbows and keep your core tense.
  2. Lift one leg off the ball and pull your knee towards your chest. Hold and maintain a firm posture. Return to starting position to repeat with the opposite leg.

Tips

  • Keep your core tight to keep your body straight throughout the exercise.
  • Keep your back straight during the exercise to avoid injury.
