Exercise Description
Lying EZ-Bar Triceps Extension is an upper arm exercise that targets the triceps brachii muscle through elbow extension and shoulder flexion.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back on a bench, holding a loaded EZ bar with an overhand grip, hands almost shoulder-width apart. Grasp the bar straight above your head with your arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Keeping your elbows in place, lower the bar until it's about an inch above your forehead. -
Step 3
Pause and then flex your triceps to return the bar to its original position.
