Kneeling Underhand-Grip Lat Pulldown is a variation of standard pulldown that primarily targets the lats and, to a lesser degree, also targets the biceps and middle back.

Instructions

  1. Kneel down in front of an adjustable cable machine with your lats in the maximum position. Grasp the bar in a tight grip, palms facing the body, arms fully extended.
  2. Without moving your torso, pull the bar down until it touches your chest. Pause and then slowly return the bar to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid rounding your upper back. Sit up straight with your chest up and your shoulders back.
  • Keep your head in a relaxed position throughout the movement.
