Exercise Description
Kneeling Underhand-Grip Lat Pulldown is a variation of standard pulldown that primarily targets the lats and, to a lesser degree, also targets the biceps and middle back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Kneel down in front of an adjustable cable machine with your lats in the maximum position. Grasp the bar in a tight grip, palms facing the body, arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Without moving your torso, pull the bar down until it touches your chest. Pause and then slowly return the bar to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rounding your upper back. Sit up straight with your chest up and your shoulders back.
- Keep your head in a relaxed position throughout the movement.
