Exercise Description
Kneeling Lat Pulldown is one of those exercises that work a ton of muscles, like the ones in your back, shoulders, and arms. It should be a regular addition to your upper-body days.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Position yourself on your knees in front of an adjustable cable machine with a side dropbar positioned on the high setting. Grab the bar in a shoulder-width overhand grip with your arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Without moving your torso, pull the bar down until it contacts your chest. Pause and then slowly return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rounding your upper back. Sit up straight with your chest up and your shoulders back.
- Keep your head in a relaxed position throughout the entire movement.
