Kneeling Lat Pulldown is one of those exercises that work a ton of muscles, like the ones in your back, shoulders, and arms. It should be a regular addition to your upper-body days.

Instructions

  1. Position yourself on your knees in front of an adjustable cable machine with a side dropbar positioned on the high setting. Grab the bar in a shoulder-width overhand grip with your arms fully extended.
  2. Without moving your torso, pull the bar down until it contacts your chest. Pause and then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid rounding your upper back. Sit up straight with your chest up and your shoulders back.
  • Keep your head in a relaxed position throughout the entire movement.
