Exercise Description
Judo Pushup is a total body exercise that primarily targets the chest. In addition, it also targets the shoulders, middle back, lower back, and triceps to a lesser degree.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
From a push-up position, spread your legs wide and move them to your hands a few inches, shortening the normal push-up position. Raise your hips so that your body forms an inverted V. -
Step 2
Lower the front of your body with your arms until your chin is close to the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body. -
Step 3
At the bottom point, tilt your head and shoulders up, lowering your hips until they almost touch the floor. Do the opposite and return to the beginning.

Exercise Tip
- Don't drop your hips too early. Keep your hips lifted until your chin is close to the floor.
