Incline Dip

Incline Dip is a powerful bodyweight exercise for your chest and triceps. Your chest comes under more pressure than your triceps on the Lift by doing incline dips.

Instructions

  1. Grab the handles of the dip and lift yourself up until your arms are locked, and your body is straight up and down. Bend your knees slightly.
  2. Then bend your elbows and lower your body until your shoulders are parallel to the floor. Let your torso lean forward until your chest is almost parallel to the floor.
  3. Use your chest, shoulders, and arms to get out of the bottom position and back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Come for a lockout at the top of each rep.
  • Keep your elbows close to your body.
  • Make sure your knees don't put pressure on your chest.
