Instructions

  1. Grasp the handles of the dip station and lift yourself up until your hands are clasped, and your body is straight up and down. Bend your knees slightly.
  2. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  3. Use your chest, shoulders, and arms to move from the bottom position to the starting position.

Tips

  • Come lockout on top of each repetition.
  • Keep your elbows close to your body.
