Exercise Description
Bodyweight Dip is a compound upper body that increases strength, stability, and rotational power throughout the core, emphasizing the obliques. This exercise can also help build your strength for other activities like bench presses.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grasp the handles of the dip station and lift yourself up until your hands are clasped, and your body is straight up and down. Bend your knees slightly. -
Step 2
Bend your elbows and lower your body until your arms are parallel to the floor. -
Step 3
Use your chest, shoulders, and arms to move from the bottom position to the starting position.

- Come lockout on top of each repetition.
