High Plank w Twist

Instructions

  1. Take a standard plank position with your forearms and prepare your entire body.
  2. Then rotate your hips to one side until they touch the floor. Return to the board and turn to the other side. This is one repetition.

Tips

  • Don't lift your hips too high or let them drop.
  • Do not allow your upper back to rotate as you bring your knee toward your chest.
