Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a standard plank position with your forearms and prepare your entire body. -
Step 2
Then rotate your hips to one side until they touch the floor. Return to the board and turn to the other side. This is one repetition.

Exercise Tips
- Don't lift your hips too high or let them drop.
- Do not allow your upper back to rotate as you bring your knee toward your chest.
