Exercise Description
Glutes Stretch helps relieve tightness and tension. It may also help reduce discomforts, such as low back pain or tightness in your hips. Additionally, glute stretches can increase your flexibility and range of motion and reduce your risk for injury.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Cross one leg over the opposite knee. Your ankle should be just above your knee. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
Grasp the thigh of the leg that is still on the floor and pull the leg towards you to feel the stretch in the thigh and opposite buttocks. Hold, return to starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Avoid too much tension. Stretching should not cause pain.
