  1. Lie on your back with your legs fully extended.
  2. Bend one leg and pull the knee towards the chest, bringing the foot towards the opposite thigh. Hold this stretch for the recommended time, making sure to keep your extended leg as straight as possible.

Tips

  • Don't bring yourself to pain. You should feel some discomfort but no pain.
