Exercise Description
Lying Glute Stretch can help relieve tightness and tension. It may also help reduce discomforts, such as low back pain or tightness in your hips.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your legs fully extended. -
Step 2
Bend one leg and pull the knee towards the chest, bringing the foot towards the opposite thigh. Hold this stretch for the recommended time, making sure to keep your extended leg as straight as possible.

Exercise Tip
- Don't bring yourself to pain. You should feel some discomfort but no pain.
