Exercise Description
Get Up Situp is a multi-muscle exercise that specifically strengthens the core and upper body. This workout also improves the strength of the hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on the floor and hold a dumbbell in one hand directly above your chest. One leg must be bent, and the foot must be on the floor. -
Step 2
Starting with the press, bend the ball, holding the dumbbell above your head. Pause and then return to the floor.

Get Up Situp targets Abs, Glutes, Hamstrings, Hips, Shoulders as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Don't use momentum. Sit down with core tense.
- Use the full range of motion and sit as high as possible, keeping the dumbbell above your head at all times.
