Exercise Description
Easy Spinal Twist stretches your back muscles, hips, and glutes. It lengthens and relaxes your spine and can help strengthen your abdominal muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent towards your chest. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
Extend one leg and pull the opposite knee across your body, keeping your shoulder blades pressed to the floor. Extend your arm and turn your head to look away from the direction you are facing. Hold the knee with the other hand. Hold for a minute, then return to the starting position to repeat in the opposite direction.
