Instructions

  1. Grab a pair of overhand dumbbells with an overhand grip. Sit on a bench and place your elbows on your hips. This is your starting position.
  2. Raise your arms and bend your wrists, creating tension in your forearms. Hold and then return the weights to the starting position.

Tips

  • Allow your wrists to go through their full range of motion.
  • Avoid rushing on the move.
