Exercise Description
Barbell Wrist Curl is an isolating body exercise that targets the muscles known as the forearm flexors. It improves grip strength and encourages a stronger wrist.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sitting on a bench, grab the bar with your palms up and open your arms shoulder-width apart. Place your forearms on your hips and let your wrists hang over your knees. Perform the movement by bending your palms and wrists towards your face. -
Step 2
Hold the upper position for a moment, then slowly return the bar to the starting position.
