Instructions

  1. Sitting on a bench, grab the bar with your palms up and open your arms shoulder-width apart. Place your forearms on your hips and let your wrists hang over your knees. Perform the movement by bending your palms and wrists towards your face.
  2. Hold the upper position for a moment, then slowly return the bar to the starting position.

Tips

  • To maximize each rep, move slowly and under control.
  • Avoid short repetitions.
  • Focus on going through the full range of motion with each rep.
