Exercise Description
Dumbbell Overhead Bulgarian Split Squat is one of the single best exercises you can do for developing your lower body.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells in front of your chest with your elbows pointing down and your palms facing away from your body. Raise your knees forward to squat a little. Keep your heels straight, chest up and shoulders back. -
Step 2
Stand up abruptly to push the dumbbells over your head, locking your arms and tightening your core. Then slowly lower the weight to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Be sure to use quarter squat momentum to help drive the dumbbells up.
- Does not hyperextend the lower back in the locked position.
