Step 1
Lie on your back on a mat with one dumbbell in your hands. Lift your shoulders off the floor and hold the dumbbell over your head. -
Step 2
Lift your feet off the floor and place your lower back on the mat. Move your legs up and down quickly as if you are floating in the air.
