Instructions

  1. Lie on your back on a mat with one dumbbell in your hands. Lift your shoulders off the floor and hold the dumbbell over your head.
  2. Lift your feet off the floor and place your lower back on the mat. Move your legs up and down quickly as if you are floating in the air.

Tips

  • Be careful while holding the dumbbell over your head.
