Target Muscles

Instructions

  1. Facing the pulley station, hold the V-handle mounted on the high pulley with an overhand grip. Pull your elbows out to the sides, so your forearms are parallel to the floor. This is the starting position, and be sure that from here, your elbows should not move.
  2. Stretch your forearms down, tensing your triceps. Hold the lock for one second before returning to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't move your elbows and keep them still throughout the movement.
  • Be sure to return to the starting position and achieve a full stretch.
  • Be sure to pause and hold the contraction at the bottom of the movement.
