Cable Pressdown engages your core, back, and shoulders, making it an excellent exercise for building overall strength. This exercise is excellent for building the size and strength of your arms, specifically as it works all three heads of the tricep.
Exercise Instructions

Facing the pulley station, hold the V-handle mounted on the high pulley with an overhand grip. Pull your elbows out to the sides, so your forearms are parallel to the floor. This is the starting position, and be sure that from here, your elbows should not move. -

Stretch your forearms down, tensing your triceps. Hold the lock for one second before returning to the starting position.
