Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place your hands on the floor a fists distance apart, with your legs stretched back on your toes. Keep your abdominals engaged. -
Step 2
Walk your right hand and right foot to the side and lower down to a push up position by bending your elbows to the sides and lowing your chest. -
Step 3
Bring yourself back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
