Exercise Description
Arnold Press is a comprehensive exercise to build shoulder muscles. Unlike other upper body exercises, the movement of an Arnold press activates all three of the deltoid muscles in your shoulder—the posterior, lateral, and anterior deltoids. It increases shoulder stability and targets the inside muscle of the shoulder at the bottom of the lift.

Step 1
Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. -
Step 2
Position the dumbbells on your shoulders with your palms facing your body and your elbows bent. -
Step 3
