Instructions

  1. Stand tall, legs straight, arms at your sides.
  2. Lift one knee, raising it as high as you can. Grab it with both hands and gently pull it a little higher, pressing it against your body. Then slowly lower to repeat on the opposite side. Each step should move you forward a little.

Tips

  • Do not lean too far forward during the exercise. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back throughout the movement.
  • During the exercise, try to keep the supporting leg completely straight.
