Exercise Description
Upper Back Foam Roll releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a foam roller and lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms at your sides. Place a foam roller under your upper back and bend your knees, so your feet are on the floor. -
Step 2
With your weight on your legs and the foam roller, rock back and forth to let the foam roller slide up and down your upper back.

Exercise Tips
- Roll slowly. Take your time and aim for the tight spots.
- Avoid excessive pressure at first. Start with light pressure and build up throughout the series.
