Exercise Description
Lower Back Foam Roll is a way to release muscle tension in the lower back; moreover, it also provides mobility and stability.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place a foam roller under your lower back. Bend your knees to 90 degrees with your feet firmly on the floor. -
Step 2
Start slowly rolling up and down at the bottom of the spine. Execute this movement for the set time.
