Exercise Description
Triceps Pressdown engages your core, back, and shoulders, making it an excellent exercise for building overall strength. This exercise is great for building the size and strength of your arms.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
With the V-Handle in the up position, face the Adjustable Cable Machine and grasp the handle with a shoulder-width grip. Spread your elbows out to the sides so that your forearms are parallel to the floor. -
Step 2
Stretch your forearms down by tensing your triceps and turning the accessory slightly so that your knuckles are facing the floor at the bottom. When your arms are fully extended, pause and then return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't stop moving down until your elbows are fully extended.
- Keep your elbows pressed to your sides throughout the exercise.
