Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet together and place your hands on your thighs in front of you.
  2. Bend your legs, jump up and spread your feet in the air.
  3. Land with your feet hip-width apart and lower into a squat. Jump out of the squat and return to the starting position, bringing your legs together as you land.

Tips

  • Try to jump as high as possible.
  • Don't land hard. Use your toes to soften the blow.
  • Don't drop your knees when jumping from a wide stance.
