Instructions

  1. Standing in a staggered stance with your hands on your hips, bend your knees to 90 degrees and lower your torso, keeping your weight on your toes.
  2. Lifting your hips in the air, extend your back leg forward and your front leg back to land on your toes in an inverted starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid dropping the heel of your back foot. Make sure you push with the ball of your foot.
  • Keep your core tight throughout the movement.
  • Stand on your toes throughout the movement to maintain tension in your calves and quadriceps.
