Exercise Description
Siff Jump Lunge is an effective leg exercise for strengthening the primary muscle groups in your lower body, including your hip flexors, calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quads. Stiff Jumping lunges increase your power and strength as well.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Standing in a staggered stance with your hands on your hips, bend your knees to 90 degrees and lower your torso, keeping your weight on your toes. -
Step 2
Lifting your hips in the air, extend your back leg forward and your front leg back to land on your toes in an inverted starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid dropping the heel of your back foot. Make sure you push with the ball of your foot.
- Keep your core tight throughout the movement.
- Stand on your toes throughout the movement to maintain tension in your calves and quadriceps.
