Instructions

  1. Hold a medicine ball in front of your chest with your arms outstretched and stand on your side about three feet from a wall.
  2. Carry the ball over your body, and rotate your torso quickly to throw the ball against the wall. Catch the ball on the rebound and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Throw the ball as hard as you can.
  • Use your abs to generate rotational force.
