Exercise Description
Side Plank With Knee Tuck is a good workout to strengthen your core – specifically targeting the obliques.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your side and position yourself on your lower elbow and side of your foot. Raise your hips into the air, forming a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders, and prep your torso. -
Step 2
Keeping your torso stable, lift your top leg. Then, without changing the angle of the body, pull the upper knee to the chest. Pause here and then return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Be sure to push your hips forward.
- Don't let your hips drop during the side plank.
- Don't place your elbow on the floor too high above your shoulder.
