Exercise Description
Side Abs Leg Lift is a great workout that targets your obliques. Lifting your legs also engages your inner thighs and buttocks while keeping your abdominal muscles pulled in and up develops core strength and improves balance.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a staggered stance posture. Shift your weight to your back foot first, then lift your front foot slightly, but keep your toes in contact with the floor. Raise your front hand toward the ceiling, making your palm into a fist. -
Step 2
Raise your front leg to hip height while lowering your elbow. Bend your torso slightly, bringing your hips and elbows together. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't lean back to lift your leg higher.
- Don't bend your back leg too much.
- Do not lean your shoulders forward as you lift your leg.
