Exercise Description
Side Plank With Leg Lift is a core strengthening exercise. It is also a good workout that uses muscles that aren't usually active in those who sit for prolonged periods each day
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your side and position yourself on your lower elbow and side of your foot. Raise your hips into the air, forming a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders, and prep your torso. -
Step 2
Keeping your torso stable, lift your top leg without bending your knee. Don't let your hips drop. Return to starting position.

Side Plank With Leg Lift targets Abs, Glutes, Hip Abductors, Obliques as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Don't let your hips drop. Keep a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
- Don't let your torso move or sway from side to side as you lift your leg.
