Exercise Description
Seated Calf Raise works the soleus muscle – muscles that sit underneath the gastrocnemius muscle. However, this is a good option for people who find it challenging to stay balanced when standing.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit down on a box or bench with your feet flat on the floor in front of you. -
Step 2
Bend your calves as high as you can before returning to the starting position.
