Exercise Description
Pushup And Row emphasize a couple of upper body muscles, including the triceps, chest, and back. It also increases the shoulders' stability.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a push-up position with your hands firmly on the floor just below your shoulders. Your body should make a straight line from head to heels. -
Step 2
Prepare the body and bend your elbows, lowering the body as close to the floor as possible without touching it. -
Step 3
Pause, then press both hands firmly into the floor to push your body towards the ceiling without fully extending your arms. Lift one arm off the floor and place your elbow behind your back. Reverse the movement and return to the starting position. repeat on the opposite side
