Instructions

  1. Place the Preacher's Bench in front of the EZ Bar in its lowest position. Resting your hands on the padding, grab the bar with both hands, palms away from you.
  2. Without moving your elbows, bend the barbell towards your shoulders. Pause and then slowly return the barbell to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your elbows in line with your body.
