Exercise Description
Preacher Curl With Cable is a great exercise you can use to grow your biceps, brachialis, and brachioradialis, the three main elbow flexors.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place the Preacher's Bench in front of the EZ Bar in its lowest position. Resting your hands on the padding, grab the bar with both hands, palms away from you. -
Step 2
Without moving your elbows, bend the barbell towards your shoulders. Pause and then slowly return the barbell to the starting position.
