Exercise Description
One-Arm Preacher Curl is an exercise that focuses on building the biceps, particularly the biceps peak.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grab a dumbbell in one hand and sit on the preacher's bench. Place the back of the hand with the dumbbell on the pillow with the arm fully extended and the palm facing up. -
Step 2
Flex your biceps to bring the dumbbell to your shoulder. Don't let the back of your hand come off the pillow. Pause, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
