Exercise Description
Plank Knee Twist is a variation of standard plank that helps tone your obliques and your transverse abdominals.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a pushup position with your arms and legs hip-width apart. Your body should make a straight line from shoulders to ankles. -
Step 2
Squeeze your torso and bend one knee at a 90-degree angle and pull it towards the opposite elbow. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't lift your hips too high, and don't drop them.
- Don't let your upper back rotate as you bring your knee to your chest.
