Exercise Description
Neutral-Grip Pullup is a multi-joint bodyweight exercise in which the reps are performed with the palms facing one another. It builds strength and muscle in the upper back, biceps, and core like other pull-up variations
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take an overhand grip on the pull-up bar with your palms facing each other, and your arms must be fully extended. -
Step 2
Squeezing your shoulder blades and lowering your elbows, pull yourself up until your collarbones touch your hands. Then slowly lower your body to the starting position.

Neutral-Grip Pullup targets Back, Biceps, Forearms, Lats as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Don't pull on your wrists. Pull your elbows back.
- Come to a full hang in the bottom position.
- Keep your chest up and your shoulders back
