Neutral-Grip Pullup is a multi-joint bodyweight exercise in which the reps are performed with the palms facing one another. It builds strength and muscle in the upper back, biceps, and core like other pull-up variations

Instructions

  1. Take an overhand grip on the pull-up bar with your palms facing each other, and your arms must be fully extended.
  2. Squeezing your shoulder blades and lowering your elbows, pull yourself up until your collarbones touch your hands. Then slowly lower your body to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't pull on your wrists. Pull your elbows back.
  • Come to a full hang in the bottom position.
  • Keep your chest up and your shoulders back
