Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Lay face down on the floor with your arms at your side.
  • Step 2

    Raise both of your legs directly above you.
  • Step 3

    While keeping your core tight, reach up and touch your toes twice.
  • Step 4

    Control your legs back to the floor and repeat.
