Exercise Description
Kneeling Stability Reverse Chop is a rotational exercise that strengthens the core muscles, primarily targeting the obliques.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Attach the rope attachment to the lowest level of the adjustable cable machine. With your working side facing the weight stack, kneel down on the floor with both knees. Hold the rope with an overhand grip, arms straight, palms shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Squeezing the torso and squeezing the buttocks, pull the rope up and through the body to the opposite shoulder. Return to the starting position and repeat before switching to the other side.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rotating your torso while moving.
- Maintain a slight bend at the elbows.
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
