Exercise Description
Kneeling Pushup is very effective at strengthening and toning the chest, triceps, and shoulder muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get on your knees and place your hands on the floor in line with your shoulders, and your arms should be slightly wider than your shoulders. Tightening your body, straighten your legs so that a straight line is formed from the knees to the shoulders. -
Step 2
Keep your elbows close to the sides of your torso, and bend your elbows to lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor. Pause and then push yourself back to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your back straight and your spine extended throughout the movement.
- Keep your core tight throughout the movement.
- Fully extend your elbows at the top of the push-up.
